Role Overview :
Join a healthcare organization as an RN Care Delivery Field Supervisor overseeing nursing operations and staff across home and community settings.
Compensation : $110,000.00 - $120,000.00
Location : Bronx, NY (with potential travel to neighboring sites)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (set schedule between 8 : 30 am-6 pm)
Responsibilities :
149; Providing guidance and overseeing day-to-day nursing care delivery
149; Conducting home visits alongside nurses
149; Delegating tasks and supervising assigned staff
149; Assessing patient care needs and developing care plans
149; Auditing charts and monitoring quality metrics
149; Acting as a resource for nursing staff
149; Covering community health nurse responsibilities as needed
Qualifications :
149; RN license required; BSN strongly preferred
149; 1 year of home health or community nursing experience
149; Supervisory experience
149; Reliable transportation
149; Computer proficiency
